My name is Rüdiger Gilbert. More than 30 years of leadership experience in international industrial companies, combined with my own entrepreneurial background, form the foundation of my consulting approach. I understand my clients' challenges not only from a consulting perspective, but from first-hand responsibility in strategy, sales, marketing and business development.
My consulting approach combines analysis, strategy and execution. Together with my clients, I assess market opportunities, develop sustainable business strategies, strengthen sales organisations, identify new business opportunities and support transformation initiatives through to successful implementation. The focus is not on theoretical concepts, but on practical solutions that deliver measurable improvements in competitiveness and long-term business performance.
Successful transformation is always about people. That is why I involve executives, managers and employees from an early stage of the change process. This creates strategies that are not only convincing on paper, but are successfully embedded throughout the organisation.
