Video interviews
Since the onset of the pandemic in 2020, the acceptance of conducting initial interviews via video systems has increased significantly. Travel restrictions often left no other option. A video interview is not a full substitute for a personal meeting, but it is a practical alternative for an initial exchange when travel is limited. As an executive search consultancy, we prioritize meeting our candidates in person. Therefore, a video interview for us is only an additional step in the application process, preceding the personal meeting. Because this format also requires attention to certain aspects, we have compiled some information in the following video.
